If customers are unsatisfied with their YVONNE BEAUTY purchase, they can return it for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of the purchase date. Products must be returned in new, unused condition.
YVONNE BEAUTY monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances.
- Purchases must be returned within 14 days of purchase date. Customers will receive a full refund to their credit card or debit card for the price of the item(s). If customers paid with PayPal, they will receive a full refund to their PayPal account. Shipping and handling charges will not be refundable.
- If customers return their new, unopened item(s) within 14 - 30 days of purchase date, or if their item was paid with a YVONNE BEAUTY gift card, online store credit or their PayPal account they will receive a refund in the form of an online store credit for the item(s).
- Items received more than 30 days after the purchase date may not be returned.
- Items shipped to YVONNE BEAUTY outside of the return window, not in new or in used condition, without a receipt, or not purchased at YVONNE BEAUTY, may not be credited back or returned.
- YVONNE BEAUTY is unable to offer exchanges by mail.
How do I qualify for a refund?
Any customer may request the return of their product(s) within 14 days from the order's date. Products must be returned in new, unused condition with the original packaging.
Customers who want to return their purchase for a refund will be required to pay for their return shipping. We recommend the customer use a delivery service that provides a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we cannot accept any returns.
Moreover, so that your return is processed as soon as possible, we advise you to also report it by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Within the return package, customer must enclose the product, the order number, the reason for the return, as well as a return request.
Refunds will be provided for the cost of the product only. Once we receive the product(s), we will issue a refund. Refunds may take 3 - 5 business days to process depending on your banking institution. A tracking number must be provided to receive your refund.
If the returns request is refused by YVONNE BEAUTY, it will then be returned to the customer with no charge and they will receive no refund. If a product is returned without a returns request attached, then YVONNE BEAUTY will automatically create and send the customer a store credit.
Can I exchange a product?
Sorry, we do not offer exchanges.
My order has been shipped, but I do not want it anymore. Will I receive a refund?
We cannot recall packages after they have been shipped from our warehouse, and we must treat all shipped orders as returns. Please note that once your order has left our warehouse, shipping charges are non-refundable.
YVONNE BEAUTY offers FREE STANDARD 3 DAY SHIPPING on all U.S. merchandise orders $50 and over (excluding taxes). We ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.
USPS Priority Express: Next business day after order is processed.
USPS Priority Mail: 1 - 3 business days after order is processed.
USPS Standard Ground: 3 - 8 business days.
We currently do not offer International shipping.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping costs will be estimated in your shopping cart before check out. Please put all of your desired products into your cart and then view your cart. While in your cart click "estimate shipping costs" to preview your shipping options and costs. We cannot provide personalized shipping quotes via email, chat or over the phone.
Orders received between Monday - Friday will be processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday will be processed the same day or by the end of day Monday. Orders received on Sunday will processed by end of day Monday or Tuesday. All priority orders must be placed by 12 noon Central Daylight Time (CDT) to be processed on the same business day. If placed after this, orders will be processed the following business day.
Orders qualifying for FREE or discounted shipping promotions are shipped via our Standard service only. FREE or discounted shipping is available in the contiguous U.S. states ONLY, and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and oversized packages.
