When can I expect my order? What are the delivery costs and delivery times?

YVONNE BEAUTY delivers to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and P.O. Boxes. We currently do not ship Internationally.

We also offer FREE STANDARD 3 DAY SHIPPING on all U.S. merchandise orders $50 and over (excluding taxes).

Which payment methods are accepted on the YVONNE Beauty website?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express®, and Discover Card, and via Stripe's secure transaction server. Purchases can also be made via PayPal.


Is the YVONNE Beauty website secure?

Yes. Payments are made via the secure Stripe payment system. The YVONNE BEAUTY website does not take your banking information at any time.


How can I return or exchange a product?

If customers are unsatisfied with their YVONNE Beauty purchase, they can return it for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of the purchase date. Products must be returned in new, unused condition. Return of orders shipped in domestic United States are at the customer's expense.
